Unity’s Tree Jacking System (TJS) is a compact technology engineered to deliver the safe, efficient and controlled removal of offshore Christmas Trees. 

It’s ideally suited to decommissioning and intervention activities, enabling fully rigless, autonomous tree removal. It can eliminate or contain shock load, stress and recoil - critical when operating in confined spaces - and solves the problem of insufficient crane pulling capacity. The TJS is particularly effective in situations where high separation loads are required, eg. seized or corroded flanges, specialty connectors or degraded bolting, providing a safe and controlled solution.

At the heart of the system is a compact hydraulic jacking module mounted in a heavy-duty cradle, positioned above tree level. A fully adjustable telescopic connector is capable of accommodating a wide range of tree elevation variations across the wellbay. Through a spreader beam and the telescopic connector, the TJS applies up to 150 tonnes of controlled lifting force, enabling efficient and predictable separation even in high‑load scenarios.
