We are committed to operating in a sustainable and responsible manner, giving high regard to reducing our environmental impact as we provide quality services to our clients and ensure the health and safety of our employees, stakeholders and the public.

How do we make a difference?

We consider the long-term impact of our actions and how they can be continuously improved for greater sustainability. We play a material role in helping our customers operate in a safe and responsible way. Our focus on integrity means that we support asset safety, operational continuity and environmental protection.

Good integrity improves efficiency and reduces the risk of uncontrolled hydrocarbon release throughout the well lifecycle, helping clients to manage their environmental impact and operational continuity. We deliver these solutions while minimising our own footprint including human inputs, travel and transportation, time, risk and cost. We reuse and recycle existing equipment and materials to minimise manufacturing and waste disposal. Our products are designed to be as light and small as possible, without compromising performance or resilience. They can be handled easily and safely and are designed to reduce workplace risk.

Our wider role in preserving the integrity and efficiency of wells aims to ensure there is sufficient production to support energy needs. Our decommissioning work helps to minimise the sector’s legacy footprint and significantly contributes to decarbonisation. Playing our part in the safe removal of infrastructure supports wider efforts towards restoring the natural environment and minimising pollution risks. Future energy demands will also require the responsible caretaking of well integrity across other sectors, and these efforts will contribute to the long-term sustainability of our business, the industry and the environment.

Social Responsibility

We would like every person we interact with to feel valued, respected and included, from our employees to our customers, partners, suppliers, wider stakeholders and communities.

We want people to be themselves and share their rich diversity of talent and outlook to broaden our collective experience and culture.

We aim to be a great company to work for and with.

Unity in the Community

Each year we support a small number of charitable causes so we can contribute to making a positive difference to peoples' lives:

- Archie Foundation corporate golf day, assisting to raise considerable donations for the delivery of equal access to healthcare and bereavement support for children.

- AberNecessities “Believing in Magic” festive sponsorship.

- A fundraiser for a local ROV pilot suffering from a potentially life changing health condition: https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/news/6747689/newmachar-golf-day-photo-gallery/
