Unilogger
The Unilogger is a wireless, digital datalogger which improves the speed and efficiency of pressure testing the Xmas Tree by automating several manual and analogue processes.
The Unilogger is intrinsically safe and is ATEX rated for use in the vicinity of the wellhead and Xmas Tree, which is classified as a Zone 0 hazardous area.
The Unilogger records the outputs from digital transducers that are temporarily installed to the test set-up. The transducers wirelessly communicate with the control unit which allows four independent tests to be carried out simultaneously. A mobile tablet acts as the operator interface to control the testing and will process the data into pre-prepared charts. Real-time graphical trending is available on-screen and a final, detailed report is immediately available for analysis.
Its wireless functionality eliminates cabled connections between the Xmas tree and the control unit, which reduces the operational footprint and the risk of trip hazards in the well bay. The package is compact and portable and ideally suited to integrity testing of multiple Xmas trees in a short space of time. The Unilogger promises to reduce technician time and cost while improving data accuracy and security.
